Shipping Policy

Delivery Cost
For our shipping costs, Vyrul Products is based off the amount of items in your cart. The more you put in your cart the better the average per item is.

2 items are C$15.72
3 items are C$21.65
4 items are C$26.92
5 items are C$31.12
6 items are C$37.59
7 items and up are C$45
When you place an order above C$125, you are entitled to free shipping.
Order Processing Time
All orders placed will be processed and dispatched the same day. All orders placed on the weekend or public holiday will be sent from the warehouse on the Monday or on the next business day. All orders based in North America will be delivered in approximately 3-8 business days, we can not guarantee it will arrive in that time span. If it takes longer we sincerely apologize and promise it will be delivered to you one way or another. If you are unhappy with how long the shipping takes, we guarantee it will be worth the wait, because all good things in life come with a little bit of patience.
Delivery Address
Please note that we are unable to change the delivery address once the order has been placed.
International Orders
Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you. All orders placed outside North America will be delivered in approximately 3-14 business days. International shipping costs are based off the amount of items in your cart. The more you put in your cart the better the average per item is.

When you place an order above C$125, you are entitled to free shipping.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will be given a confirmation thank you, along with a page to view your tracking information on this website, along with an email sent to the one you provided.

Lost/Stolen Packages
Vyrul Products is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your packaged was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to the local authorites.
Undeliverable Orders
Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us.
